We want a fun, safe, and inclusive community. You agree **not** to:

2. Post, upload, or share content that is **illegal**, infringing, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited by law or these Terms.
3. Engage in **cheating, exploitation, ban evasion**, or attempts to manipulate rankings, events, or giveaways.
4. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Upload malware, attempt to hack, DDoS, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the Site or Services.
6. Share others’ personal information without consent; respect privacy.
7. Use the Site for commercial solicitation or spam without our prior written permission.
**Enforcement:** We may moderate, remove content, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion to protect the community or comply with law.
4) Reporting Illegal Behavior & Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We **do not tolerate illegal activity**. We **may report** suspected illegal behavior and content to law enforcement and **will cooperate** with lawful investigations, including by preserving or disclosing information when legally required or permitted (see **Privacy** reference below). 5) User Content & License
* You retain ownership of content you post (“**User Content**”).
* You grant us a **worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license** to host, store, display, perform, reproduce, modify (for formatting), create derivative works (for features like thumbnails or translations), and distribute your User Content **solely to operate, improve, promote, and display the Services**.
* You represent and warrant you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
* We may remove or disable access to User Content that we believe violates these Terms or the law.
6) Intellectual Property (Ours)
The Site, Services, code, visual design, logos, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your User Content and rights expressly granted to you, **no rights are granted**.
7) Third‑Party Links & Services

We do not organize, supervise, vet, screen, or control any Meetups, including those hosted at private residences or public locations. Your participation in any Meetup is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
You understand that meeting people you only know from the internet carries real‑world safety risks, including but not limited to physical injury, crime, harassment, or unsafe environments. You are solely responsible for your personal safety and decision-making.

any interactions you have with other users,
conditions or safety of any locations where you meet with others,
conduct of participants,
or any harm, dispute, injury, loss, or damages arising from or connected to in‑person meetings.
You assume all risks associated with in‑person interactions that arise from using the Site.
9) Disclaimers (Services are “AS IS”)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED **“AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,”** **WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND**, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING **WITHOUT LIMITATION** ANY WARRANTIES OF **MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT**, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, **WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE** FOR ANY **INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES**, OR FOR **LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES**, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR **TOTAL LIABILITY** FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED **THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM**.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) Indemnification

14) DMCA / Copyright Complaints (If Applicable in Your Region)

* Identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location;
* A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized;

We may remove content and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers.
15) Children’s Safety

16) Changes to the Services or Terms

18) Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
